Plum Property is not a real estate agency. We do not list property for vendors and are not paid by vendors or their agents. We are paid by the purchaser to locate property for them.

Our standard service is to search for properties which fit criteria provided by a client. However, in addition to our standard service, we have compiled this list because we frequently across properties which may be of interest to our other clients or future clients.

The properties which we have compiled in this section are properties:

  • currently available at the time of listing them on our web site
  • Inspected and photographed by us.
  • Assess against our 30 point criteria

There are lots of great strategies that work if they are done right. These are the main ones which we will feature on this page:

  • Capital Growth - properties in great suburbs or towns with great growth history and potential for further growth.
  • High Yield properties - properties in good established areas which for reasons to do with either the area or the individual property have high yield or potential high yield. These properties may be dual occupancy, multi family , properties suitable to lease by the room the students,
  • Budget Growth Properties - properties between 250K - 450K in less expensive areas undergoing growth such as a new industry or infrastructure
  • Infrastructure and Resources - properties in location set to benefit from the resources boom and related infrastructure projects.
